Renovated in 2023, this cottage is located within a large house, a former presbytery, in a historic wine village in the heart of Auvergne. This self-contained accommodation, with a spacious enclosed courtyard, is situated in a former building where we also offer 3 guest rooms at “La Lit’hôte” in Mirefleurs. The 30m2 studio features a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (140 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Amenities include Wi-Fi and television. You’ll have direct access to a large, private enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. The bed will be made upon your arrival, and linens are provided. Please note that the cottage is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Optional cleaning fee: €40 per stay if you prefer not to clean.
