    Article 1/ Duration of the stay

    The signatory client of the present contract made for a determined duration will not claim  under any circumstances for a right in the tenancy.

    Article 2/ Reservation formalities

    On receipt of your reservation we shall forward an e-mail to you – or a mail if lack of e-mail – for a written confirmation and invite you to pay in a maximum 8-day delay (or by return in case of a late reservation) a 25% instalment of the total price.

    Once the instalment is paid the reservation is effective. The payment of the instalment is a confirmation for your agreement to the general conditions described below. Please note that the reservation is not confirmed without the downpayment in due time and we consequently reserve the right to get back the rooms.

    Article 3/ Cancellation of the stay by the client

    No modification is possible without the “Lit’Hôte” agreement and extra costs can be demanded.

    In case the reservation should be cancelled before the beginning of the stay, a compensation will be set as a penalty clause :

    – The deposit will be paid off in totality if the cancellation is mentioned 15 days before the date of arrival

    – If the cancellation intervenes less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the payment will remain acquired by the “Lit’Hôte” unless we succeed in re-renting the room(s)

    In case of anticipated departure : total payment of the reserved service

    Article 4/  Cancellation Insurance

    We draw your attention on the fact that no cancellation is included in our price rates. It is consequently recommended to sign one.

    Article 5/ Cancellation of the stay by the owner

    If the owner is brought before the stay to cancel the reservation, he immediately has to inform his customer about it by a registered letter. The customer will then be immediately and entirely paid off for the already paid money. Besides he will receive a compensation equal to the penalty he would have paid in case the cancellation had been put down to him at this date.

    Article 6/ Arrival time

    The customer has to appear on the day specified in the reservation, from 5 p.m. (time for availability of rooms) and before 9 p.m.

    The customer will necessarily warn in case of arrival later.

    Article 7/ Departure time

    The time fixed for leaving the rooms is 11 a.m.


    Article 8/ Payment of the balance of the accommodation

    The balance of the stay is to be settled on the day of your arrival.


    Article 9/ Use of places

    To guarantee the peace of mind of the places and the comfort of the guests in the “Lit’Hôte”, the respect for a “lifestyle” is required from all. It is in particular demanded not to smoke inside rooms and common spaces.

    The customer makes a commitment to return rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare and to assume financially any degradation of which he should be responsible for.

    The guests are informed that the minors evolving on the property are placed under the unique and full responsibility of their parents or the persons having authority on them.

    The “Lit’Hôte” will accept no responsibility in case of loss or theft either of damage or wounds caused in the properties or by persons being on the property, whatever the cause.
